We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Team Lead who can spearhead the acquisition of premium customers, ensure their success, and lead by example in managing our CSM team.
The Business Development & Team Lead will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our premium customer segment by identifying, onboarding, and nurturing relationships with high-value clients. Beyond sales, this individual will lead and mentor the Customer Success Management (CSM) team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and long-term retention. This dual role demands a blend of strategic sales expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for customer success.
