No problem! Billit will not block your account or force you to take a more expensive plan. Instead we will invoice the overuse for that period (based on the creation date of the document) at an overuse rate based on your licence (overuse rates can be found here). Most of the time this will be cheaper than taking a higher license.
No. You can easily scan their paper and pdf invoices and import them into Billit to digitize them. Sales invoices can also be sent via e-mail as pdf or printed via Bpost. The latest price for sending (registered) letters is displayed in the platform before you send your documents.

Do you use Teamleader, Visma Bouwsoft or Robaws? Then you can also choose the discounted connect license. This option disables the functions that are already in the CRM software and you only pay for the functions you do use.
For a connect license you pay € 99 per year (excluding VAT) and € 5 per additional user. With the standard license you can process 200 invoices per month (total of processed purchase and sales invoices, documents and receipts). Do you process more than 200 invoices per month?
