Follow the 5 steps above. After that, one of our experts will guide you further.

1. First, download ISL Light by clicking the 'Download ISL Light' button above
2. Open the downloaded file
3. The login screen will appear. Enter the 8-digit session code you get over the phone from our expert and click 'Join'
4. You will now get a warning to grant access. Click on 'Open system preferences'.
5. You will be taken to 'Security and privacy'. Select the 'Privacy' tab at the top
6. Scroll down the list to the left to 'Screen recording' and click on it
7. Now click on the padlock at the bottom left and enter the password for your device
8. A new list will now appear on the right. From this, select 'ISL Light Client' and check the box. Click the padlock again
9. You have now given permission to share your screen via ISL Light. To apply the settings, you need to restart ISL
10.  Close ISL and reconnect by clicking the "Download ISL Light" button above. You can also find ISL Light in the temporary folder in 'Finder'

Yes. The connection is secured with end-to-end encryption, among other things. ISL Light has achieved ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certification and uses two-step verification for its users.

Once your question is resolved or the contact with our expert ends, you can disconnect. After this, Billit will no longer have access to your screen.
