In some countries, if your business involves cash transactions, you are legally obliged to keep a cash book. The new ‘Cash book’ function in Billit makes it very easy to do this digitally.

Keeping a digital cash book

Businesses that have cash receipts or expenses are sometimes required by accounting legislation to keep a cash book. This also applies if you only make or receive cash payments sporadically.

Businesses traditionally keep paper-based cash books, but it is much easier and more convenient to do it digitally. Besides, keeping digital cash books is perfectly legal in most countries, so that makes it an easy choice.
