The integration with GetMyInvoices is set up from GetMyInvoices. So first, you need to create an account with GetMyInvoices*. You can do this via www.getmyinvoices.com or by clicking the 'Available' button on the GetMyInvoices tile in the 'Integrations' submenu under the 'Settings' menu.
Once you have created an account, go to the 'Sync' menu in GetMyInvoices and click the plug icon at the top right.
Then click the plus button to add Billit to your synchronised accounts.
Click 'Import' to choose from the software you can use to import documents into GetMyInvoices.
In the next window, you can choose the software from which you want to import documents into GetMyInvoices. Tick the 'Billit' tile by clicking it and then click 'Continue'.
A Billit login window opens. Log in with your login details and then choose the companies whose documents you want to import into GetMyInvoices. You may then be asked to allow pop-up windows for GetMyInvoices. These are required to use GetMyInvoices.
The Billit account whose documents you want to synchronise with GetMyInvoices will then appear in the list of synchronised accounts.
In the 'Documents' menu, you will now see all the invoices that have been synchronised from Billit to GetMyInvoices. Please note: the first time a synchronisation runs, it may take a while before all documents are shown in GetMyInvoices.
You can now in turn synchronise the synchronised files with one of the many services GetMyInvoices synchronises with, such as Dropbox, Google Drive or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
To do so, go back to the 'Sync' menu to select the software you want GetMyInvoices to be synchronised with. Instead of 'Import', now choose 'Export'. You will then see all the software and services you can synchronise GetMyInvoices with. Choose the software or service you want to export to and click 'Continue'.
