Connect Billit with ROX-E.Net

With this integration, you can link Billit with ROX-E.Net. Via the integration, you import the client files of your clients who use Billit into ROX-E.Net at fixed times (or whenever you want). ROX-E.Net reads the UBL invoices correctly, so you can easily process them in the accounting software. Please note: you do need the BOB Demat module for this. If your entrepreneurs have linked their bank accounts to Billit, you can also have the CODA files from their client files exported along with them.

    1. 'BOEKHOUDING' (Accounting) tab – Click the 'Facturen' (Invoices) button under 'Verkoopdagboek' (Sales journal).
    2. Click the 'UBL import' button.
    3. Select the folder where the UBL invoices are saved.
      TIP: the default folder is C:\Users\{user} \AppData\Roaming\Rox-e.NET.
    4. Click 'OK'.

    After the import, you will get a message that the invoices have been imported or, if applicable, a list of errors for the invoices that either do not comply with the UBL standard or in which calculation errors were found.
