With this connection, you can link Billit with Silvasoft. This lets you import the client files of your clients who use Billit into your accounting software at fixed times (or whenever you want). Silvasoft reads the UBL invoices correctly, so you can easily process them in the accounting software. If your entrepreneurs have linked their bank accounts to Billit, you can also have the CODA files from their client files exported along with them.
Please note: Silvasoft can only receive purchase invoices in UBL; this is not possible for sales invoices!
How can I view my entrepreneurs' client files in detail?
Click a client file in the 'Files' menu. Via the 'Quick entry' submenu, you can view your entrepreneur's Quick entry and process documents yourself if needed. In the 'Details' submenu, click 'Open file' in the 'Account information' box. You now enter your entrepreneur's platform exactly as they see it.
Can I re-import certain invoices of a client file?
Certainly. Proceed as you did the first time you exported the documents, but before exporting, click 'Show options' and tick 'Include already exported'.
Can I import sales invoices into Silvasoft?
No, this is not possible: the UBL import is only available for purchase invoices!
