With this integration, you send invoices to be processed (automatically) to Accowin Online as UBL files. If your entrepreneurs have linked their bank accounts, you can also export CODA files. You can then easily process these files in Accowin Online.
Please note: to import UBL invoices into Accowin Online, you do need the 'inlezen UBL bestanden' and 'Inlezen CODA bestanden' modules.
In the accountant portal, you can add new client files in the 'Files' menu using the 'Add' button.
If the company number is already active on Billit, you get a message asking you to link the existing client file. Click the 'Link' button to create the link. The entrepreneur will in turn be asked to confirm this link.
If no login user exists for the company yet, one will be created with the e-mail address provided. In the 'Files' menu, click the 'Send login details' option to activate the account. The entrepreneurs will receive an invitation by e-mail with a login for their entrepreneur account. They can try the entrepreneur platform free of charge for 30 days; after this trial period, they need to choose a pricing plan.
