With this integration, you send invoices to be processed (automatically) to B-Wise as UBL files. If your entrepreneurs have linked their bank accounts, you can also export CODA files. You can then easily process these files in B-Wise.
The BillSync application creates a client file folder for each client file on the PC or server. When exporting from Billit, BillSync writes the document types to these subfolders:
You can change this default target folder for each of these types. To do so, open the client file you want from the list of client files in the 'Files' menu and click the BillSync tile in the client file's 'Integrations' submenu.
Use the 'Folder name' settings to enter the path you want within the main folder. Example:
From now on, the documents will be exported to these folders.
CODA files
By default, BillSync exports the CODA files of each client file to the 'FinancialTransactions' folder.
