With this integration, you can easily import UBL invoices to be processed from Billit into INAC directly, and automatically if you wish, and process them there. If your entrepreneurs have linked their bank accounts to Billit, you can also have the CODA files from their client files imported into INAC. INAC correctly reads the UBL invoices that Billit imports, and you can easily process them in INAC.
In the accountant portal, you can add new client files in the 'Files' menu using the 'Add' button.
If the company number is already active on Billit, you get a message asking you to link the existing client file. Click the 'Link' button to create the link. The entrepreneur will in turn be asked to confirm this link.
If no login user exists for the company yet, one will be created with the e-mail address provided. In the 'Files' menu, click the 'Send login details' option to activate the account. The entrepreneurs will receive an invitation by e-mail with a login for their entrepreneur account. They can try the entrepreneur platform free of charge for 30 days; after this trial period, they need to choose a pricing plan.
