With this integration, you send invoices to be processed (automatically) to OfficeM as UBL files. If your entrepreneurs have linked their bank accounts, you can also export CODA files. You can then easily process these files in OfficeM.
The connection is made via the Billmail integration. Go to the 'Integrations' submenu that appears when you click a client file in the 'Files' menu, and click 'Available' on the Billmail tile.
On the next screen, enter the e-mail addresses of the mailboxes through which your accounting software imports the different types of documents for that client file. In the 'From' field, enter the e-mail address you want to send the documents from. Then click 'Add'.
CODA files
The CODA files can be sent via Billmail to a unique e-mail address.
You can enter this e-mail address in the 'Email CODA files' field.
Finally, you can also choose to send the CODA PDF files to a unique e-mail address. You can enter this e-mail address in the 'Email PDF files' field.
