Connect Billit with Popsy (Allegro)

With this integration, you can easily import UBL invoices to be processed from Billit into Popsy (Allegro) directly, and automatically if you wish, and process them there. If your entrepreneurs have linked their bank accounts to Billit, you can also have the CODA files from their client files imported into Popsy (Allegro). Popsy (Allegro) correctly reads the UBL and/or .txt invoices that Billit imports, and you can easily process them in Popsy (Allegro).

    1. Configure the archive box, the journal to be used and the VAT codes in the "Parameters/e-invoicing" section:
    2. Choose the 'Extra' menu to carry out the required import:
    3. When you open it for the first time, indicate where the files are located using the [...] button.
    4. Popsy shows the files found with additional information.
    5. Select one or more files to import
    6. You can then go to sales entry (e-invoicing) or purchases entry (e-invoicing). The imported documents that have not yet been validated are displayed for entry, together with the linked PDF. All you need to do is add the missing information and validate the document.
