With this integration, you can link Billit with Sage BOB. Via the integration, you import the client files of your clients who use Billit into Sage BOB at fixed times (or whenever you want). Sage BOB reads the UBL invoices correctly, so you can easily process them in the accounting software. Please note: you do need the BOB Demat module for this. If your entrepreneurs have linked their bank accounts to Billit, you can also have the CODA files from their client files exported along with them.
The BillSync application creates a client file folder for each client file on the PC or server. When exporting from Billit, BillSync writes the document types to these subfolders:
You can change this default target folder for each of these types. To do so, open the client file you want from the list of client files in the 'Files' menu and click the BillSync tile in the client file's 'Integrations' submenu.
Use the 'Folder name' settings to enter the path you want within the main folder. Example:
From now on, the documents will be exported to these folders.
CODA files
By default, BillSync exports the CODA files of each client file to the 'FinancialTransactions' folder.
