With this integration, you can link Billit with Sage BOB. Via the integration, you import the client files of your clients who use Billit into Sage BOB at fixed times (or whenever you want). Sage BOB reads the UBL invoices correctly, so you can easily process them in the accounting software. Please note: you do need the BOB Demat module for this. If your entrepreneurs have linked their bank accounts to Billit, you can also have the CODA files from their client files exported along with them.
1. Open the BOB-demat module.
2. In the tree structure, select the electronic invoice you want.
3. Open the context menu by right-clicking in the qualification zone.
4. Choose the menu item 'Overzicht inhoud elektr. documenten' (Overview of electronic document contents).
After these steps, the 'Overzicht inhoud elektr. doc.' screen opens, showing the summarised information from the electronic invoice or credit note.
