From your accountant account, you can easily link your entrepreneurs' Billit client files with Winbooks On Web/Connect and import your client files into your accounting software at fixed times (or whenever you want). Winbooks On Web/Connect correctly reads the UBL invoices that Billit imports, and you can easily process them in Winbooks On Web/Connect.
The connection is made via the Billmail integration. Go to the 'Integrations' submenu that appears when you click a client file in the 'Files' menu, and click 'Available' on the Billmail tile.
On the next screen, enter the e-mail addresses of the mailboxes through which your accounting software imports the different types of documents for that client file. In the 'From' field, enter the e-mail address you want to send the documents from. Then click 'Add'.
CODA files
The CODA files can be sent via Billmail to a unique e-mail address.
You can enter this e-mail address in the 'Email CODA files' field.
Finally, you can also choose to send the CODA PDF files to a unique e-mail address. You can enter this e-mail address in the 'Email PDF files' field.
