Connect Billit with Car-Pass

  • How do I connect Billit and Car-Pass?

    Step 1: activate the Car-Pass integration


    You can activate the integration via Settings > Integrations > Car-Pass. To do this, enter the following details you received from Car-Pass:

    1. Username (this is usually the same as your establishment number and consists of 10 digits)
    2. Password
    3. Establishment number

    Then click 'Save'.

    Step 2: check whether new fields have been added to the customer records

    Click Customers > Extra fields and check that four extra fields have been added:

    • Car-Pass sent on
    • Licence plate
    • Mileage
    • VIN number

    Contact our customer service if these fields are not available. Do not change these automatically created fields.
