Q: I can't set up the integration between Billit and KBC Touch for my company
A: This can happen if you are not a director of the company you are trying to link. Only a director registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises (CBE) or in the Belgian Official Gazette can set up the integration. A permanent representative or natural person cannot.
Q: When are my invoices synchronised in KBC Touch?
A: KBC Touch starts a synchronisation every time you open the 'Invoicing' tab, unless a synchronisation is still in progress or the last synchronisation took place less than 30 minutes ago.
