Already have a Billit account? Then it is best to first enter the KBC bank account number you want to link in the 'Bank' tab of your company profile, and verify that account number by transferring €0.10 with, as the payment reference, the unique message you get when you click 'Connect with KBC Touch' next to the account number. If you don't have a Billit account yet, you can also do this after creating your account, later in this guide.

In KBC Touch, select the 'Pay' tab in the menu on the left, and then the invoicing tab at the top left.

Don't forget to set the switch on the left of the menu in KBC Touch to 'business'.

On the next page, select the company you want to set up the integration for at the top.

The integration will only work if the selected company is also the company your Billit account is linked to.

    Kbc2

You will then see a few screens explaining the integration with KBC Touch. On the last page, select the preferred bank account (click 'Change' if the preferred account that is set is not the account you want to link) and click 'To Billit'. You will then be redirected to Billit, where you can log in with your Billit details (if you already have an account) or create a Billit account.

After logging in to or creating your Billit account, you are sent back to KBC Touch. If you have not yet set up the integration to send your CODA files to Billit, you will be asked here to give permission to do so. If you have already done this, you will get a message that the integration was set up successfully. Did you only create your Billit account in the previous step? Then don't forget to enter the KBC bank account number you want to link in the 'Bank' tab of your company profile, and to verify that account number by transferring €0.10 with, as the payment reference, the unique message you get when you click 'Connect with KBC Touch' next to the account number (see step 1 of this guide).
