MyMinfin documents integration

With the MyMinfin documents integration, you automatically retrieve your company's tax documents from MyMinfin and process them directly in Billit.

    MyMinfin is the online platform of the Belgian Federal Public Service Finance (FPS Finance), where you can consult your company's tax documents.

    • Tax assessment notice
    • Acknowledgement of receipt of VAT return
    • Lease agreement
    • ...

    Thanks to this integration, these documents are automatically retrieved into Billit:

    • PDF documents are imported automatically
    • They end up in Quick entry
    • You no longer need to upload anything manually
    • The documents are immediately recognised as a document (not an invoice)
    • They are automatically given the "MyMinfin" tag

    From Quick entry, you can process them further like any other document.
