If you are not yet a Trivion customer, first create a new user. To do so, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Go to the Trivion login page and click REGISTREREN (Register).

Step 2: Fill in your company details and bank account number (in IBAN format). Also upload your terms and conditions of sale. You can also add extra security to your account by setting up two-factor authentication once.

Step 3: Select Billit in the list of external connectors.

Step 4: After a few minutes, you will receive an e-mail with your login details, and another one with documents to read and sign. Your account will only be activated once Trivion has received and approved your details and engagement letter.

Once your account has been activated, you can log in to the Trivion platform to connect Billit. To do so, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Go to the Trivion login page and click REGISTREREN (Register).

Step 1: Click INSTELLINGEN (Settings) in the left-hand menu.

Step 2: Select BILLIT in the list of external connectors.

Step 3: In the left-hand menu, click CONNECTORS and then verbinden (connect).

Step 4: You will now see the Billit login screen. Enter your login details and confirm with the CONNECT button.

Step 5: From now on, your Billit invoices will automatically appear in the Trivion platform.
