From your accountant account, you can effortlessly connect your business owners' Billit client files to Adsolut (cloud version) and import your client files into your accounting software at fixed times (or whenever you want). The UBL invoices imported by Billit are read correctly by Adsolut (cloud version) and you can easily process them in Adsolut (cloud version).
Important: if you work with Adsolut via a cloud server, it is unfortunately not possible to synchronise customers, suppliers and general ledger accounts from Adsolut to Billit. Exporting invoices and CODA files from Billit to Adsolut is supported, however.
In the accountant portal, you can add new client files in the 'Files' menu using the 'Add' button.
If the company number is already active on Billit, you get a message asking you to link the existing client file. Click the 'Link' button to create the link. The entrepreneur will in turn be asked to confirm this link.
If no login user exists for the company yet, one will be created with the e-mail address provided. In the 'Files' menu, click the 'Send login details' option to activate the account. The entrepreneurs will receive an invitation by e-mail with a login for their entrepreneur account. They can try the entrepreneur platform free of charge for 30 days; after this trial period, they need to choose a pricing plan.
