Synchronising sales invoices from Visma Bouwsoft to Billit:

In Visma Bouwsoft, select the invoices you want to synchronise, right-click and choose 'Selectie verzenden naar Billit' (Send selection to Billit).

The invoices will then be sent to Billit's Quick entry, where they will be ready for review. Since these are UBL invoices, you can also choose to no longer review them and have them imported automatically into the 'Income' list. You can find more info about this option here.

Synchronising purchase invoices from Billit to Visma Bouwsoft:

Once the integration is set up, all documents from the 'Expenses' list are transferred to Visma Bouwsoft. (Credit notes are entered in Visma Bouwsoft as negative amounts.) Keep in mind that the date set in Visma Bouwsoft refers to the date of the last change to the document in Billit. After each successful import, this date is updated automatically. If a purchase invoice still changes after it has been transferred to Visma Bouwsoft, the import routine will also update it in Visma Bouwsoft.

Visma Bouwsoft takes over the following from the purchase invoice:

• Linked supplier
• Subject
• Reference
• Date
• Due date
• Supplier's invoice number
• OGM (structured communication)
• Payment status
• The various amounts per VAT rate
• Financial discount
• The invoice totals
• Any comments

Visma Bouwsoft takes over the following from the supplier record:

• Name
• Address
• Mobile, phone, fax, e-mail
• VAT or CBE number, and whether or not this supplier is subject to VAT
• IBAN and BIC information (bank account number)
• Website
• Language
