  • Time tracking and projects

    Time tracking

    • Description: Activate the time tracking module.
    • Instructions: Turn on this option to enable time tracking.

    Projects

    • Description: Activate the projects module. This lets you manage projects by manually adding time and linking income and expenses to a project.
    • Instructions: Turn on this option to create and manage projects.

    Default hourly rate

    • Description: The default hourly rate is used for every new project you create. When invoicing, this default hourly rate is also applied to time entries that are not linked to a project.
    • Instructions: Enter the default hourly rate that will apply to new projects and general time entries, so it is automatically included in your invoicing.
