    Automatic reminders

    When you enable Automatic reminders, Billit automatically sends payment reminders for unpaid invoices.

    • The first reminder is sent 2 days after the invoice due date
    • After that, a reminder is sent every 7 days
    • A maximum of 5 reminders is sent per invoice
    • No reminders are sent for invoices that are more than 120 days overdue

    Reminders stop automatically once the invoice is marked as paid.

    Currency for the amount

    With the Currency for the amount setting, you determine whether the currency symbol is shown on your invoices.

    When this option is enabled,

    • the currency symbol (e.g. €) is displayed next to the amount on the generated PDF files of your documents
