With this connection, you can link Billit to the Admisol accounting software. This lets you export the client files of your clients who use Billit to your server at fixed times (or whenever you want). Admisol reads the UBL invoices correctly, so you can easily process them in your accounting software. If your entrepreneurs have linked their bank accounts to Billit via Billbank, you can also have the CODA files from their client files exported to the server.
Admisol is connected via the Billmail integration. Go to the 'Integrations' submenu that appears when you click a client file in the 'Files' menu, and click 'Available' on the Billmail tile.
On the next screen, enter the e-mail addresses of the mailboxes Admisol uses to import the different types of documents. Each Admisol client file has a unique e-mail address based on the VAT number of the client file, made up as follows: BE-1234.567.890@doc.admisol.be. To send documents to a journal other than the purchase journal, add the journal code after the VAT number, preceded by a hyphen, e.g.: BE-1234.567.89-journalcode@doc.admisol.be. You can find an example of the completed fields in the screenshot below.
Please note: Admisol must first activate the unique e-mail addresses for the mailboxes before you can use them. To do so, go to your Admisol account and click the question mark to contact Admisol.
As a second step, you must add Billit as a contact in your Admisol client file. To do so, go to 'basisbestanden' (base files) -> 'Contacten' (Contacts) -> 'e-mail' and add the address 'e-mail@my.billit.be'.
In the 'From' field, now enter the e-mail address you want to send the documents from. Please note: the e-mail address you send the documents from must belong to an existing Admisol user. Then click 'Add'.
Documents
The documents can be sent via Billmail to a unique e-mail address.
You can enter this e-mail address in the 'Email documents' field.
CODA files
Provided the bank accounts are linked, you can download/export CODA files from Billit.
