Ask in plain language, the way you would ask a colleague. A few to get started:

• "Which companies do I have access to in Billit?"
• "Show me my 10 most recent invoices."
• "Show me all unpaid sales invoices that are overdue."
• "What did we spend with suppliers since January?"
• "Give me the full detail of invoice 2026-0142, including payment status."
• "Is Acme NV able to receive an e-invoice over Peppol?"
• "Find the VAT number for 'Example Bakery' in the company registry."
• "List all my customers in Antwerp with their IBAN."

If you work in several companies, name the company in your first question so the assistant knows which one to look at.
