The connection uses your own Billit login, is read-only, and can be revoked at any time.

• Your access, your rules. You connect with your own Billit credentials through a secure login (OAuth). The assistant can see only the companies and documents your Billit user role already permits. Nobody at Billit needs to set anything up for you.
• Read-only. The Billit MCP can look up and summarise data. It cannot create, edit, send or delete invoices, customers or any other record. A read/write version is on the roadmap but not available today.
• Only what you ask for. Billit returns data only in response to your questions; nothing is synced or copied in the background. You can revoke the connection at any time from your AI tool's connector settings.
• Your AI provider's terms apply. Data you retrieve is processed by the AI tool you connect (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot), under that provider's terms. Connect only to tools you trust and that your organisation has approved.
