Import/receive files in Fast Input

Billit has several ways of receiving invoices:

  • Peppol
  • Email
  • Manual upload
  • A picture on your smartphone

On this page you can find more info on all ways to receive or upload invoices in Billit.

  • Importing documents via your smartphone or the Billit app

    If you've received a physical invoice or receipt, you can easily import it with your smartphone using the Billit app or the mobile version in your browser on your smartphone.

    1. Via the browser on your smartphone:

    • Go to your smartphone's browser and visit my.billit.eu.
    • You can upload invoices (and receipts) through quick input, just as you would when uploading from your computer. On your smartphone, however, you can also choose to take a photo or select one from your smartphone.
    • You can upload receipts via the orange 'Upload Receipt' button on the dashboard.

    2. Via the app:

    • Go to the app store of your smartphone's operating system and download the Billit app. (Apple App Store or Google Play Store)
    • Click on 'Scan Receipt' to scan a receipt and fill in the details before saving.
