Files

This overview screen is divided into two tabs: ‘All files’ and ‘Bank accounts’.

By default, you will see the overview of your files as a file manager and all files without a file manager. If you wish, you can change this using the filters at the top.

Tip: Do you want to save a combination of filters? Then add the URL to your favorites.

  • Tab 'Bank accounts'

    In this tab, you will get an overview of all bank accounts that have been added to your files.

    You will also immediately see whether you, as an accountant, receive CODA files via Billit or not. (BE only)

    The list below provides an overview of all possible connections for receiving bank transactions in the entrepreneur's file. Connections where you, as an accountant, also receive CODA files via Billit, are indicated with a checkmark in the 'CODA via Billit' column.

    • Digital: there is a direct link with the bank. Transactions appear in real-time in the Billit file.
    • CODA (BE only): the CODA files are retrieved via Billit from the bank and placed in the file once a day.
    • KBC (BE only): the entrepreneur has established a connection with Billit in the KBC portal. Bank transactions are forwarded to Billit by KBC.
    • ING (BE only): the entrepreneur has established a connection with Billit in the ING portal. Bank transactions are forwarded to Billit by ING.
    • Codabox (BE only): the CODA files that you, as an accountant, receive via Codabox are also placed in the Billit file.
    • Ponto: the bank transactions are loaded into the file by an external party, Ponto.
