In this section of the Billit website, you will find manuals and explanations about all the features in Billit. You can find help articles using the search function or through the menu structure on the left which follows the menu-structure in Billit.

Credit notes

  • The list of credit notes

    At the top of this page you can get an overview of all credit notes or expired credit notes.

    Use the filters for date, status, customer name and minimum or maximum amount.

    When you select one or more credit notes, click the orange button to send or pay them. The 'More options' button gives you access to additional options such as download, print, export, change payment status or change sent status.

    Use the orange 'Add' button in the top right corner to create a new credit note.
