You can find your user profile by first clicking the arrow next to the users icon in the upper right corner and then 'My profile'.
To use Billit securely, we ask you to verify the identity of the business manager. This is necessary to access secure e-invoicing networks such as Peppol, but also to secure your account and guarantee you optimal customer service.
If you have a Belgian company whose manager is a foreign national, verification via itsme® or eID cannot be carried out. In that case, you can create a support ticket in Billit via the Help button at the bottom left.

Describe the situation clearly in the Problem field and add the following documents under Files so that we can verify the information manually and link it to the correct user:

Once we have received all the documents, this verification process can take up to 14 days.

Once the verification has been completed, your company can be linked to Peppol via My company > E-invoicing > Register on Peppol.
