You can find your user profile by first clicking the arrow next to the users icon in the upper right corner and then 'My profile'.
In order to use Billit securely, we ask you to verify the identity of the company manager. This is necessary to gain access to secure e-invoicing networks such as Peppol, but also to secure your account and guarantee you optimal customer service.
If you have a non-Belgian company, the verification must be carried out manually by our Compliance team. In that case, you can create a support ticket in Billit via the Help button at the bottom left.

In the “Problem” field, clearly describe the situation and add the following documents under “Files” so that we can perform the check manually and assign it to the correct user:
Required supporting documents:
• A copy of a valid ID
(e.g., a legible copy of your ID card or passport)
• Proof of the company's registration in an official business register
(e.g., an extract from the commercial register or the articles of association)
• An official and signed company document proving that you are a legal representative of the company
Once we have received all the documents, this verification process can take up to 14 days.
