You can add any information that doesn't automatically appear on your invoice with the keys in your layout template.
If your company has a Belgian VAT number (so your Tax Country is set to Belgium), you can simply enter your VAT number (so the business number preceded by BE) in the field 'VAT or CBE'. Since in most cases it contains the same digits, Billit also immediately knows the business number.
Does your VAT number differ from your business number? Click on the plus sign, then on "CBE" and enter the business number deviating from the VAT number.
