Can I convert an invoice that was created in Excel or Word to WML (UBL) format and send it via Peppol?
Can you combine e-invoicing via Peppol with PDF invoices?

Certainly! You can do both with Billit. If you send an e-invoice via Peppol a PDF is enclosed as well.

Is you customer not yet connected to Peppol? Then you can still email them an invoice in PDF format. Please note: as of January 2026 the e-invoice via Peppol is the only legal invoice for all Belgian companies liable to VAT.
Can I convert PDF invoices to XML (UBL) format and send them via Peppol?
Can you send an invoice both via email and via Peppol to a customer?
I've already created UBL invoices in a different software program. Can I upload them in Billit?
